Ich muss ein paar Pfunde abtrainieren!


I’ve lost 1/5 of my needed weight for the year! Yay! Unfortunately, the first little bit is the really easy bit to lose. Hopefully, I’ll actually be able to stay on track.

    Do take vitamin D–it seems to have an effect on weight as well as on reducing the amount of sleep one needs (I was “needing” 11/night + 2 during the day).
